GUIDELINES FOR POSTERS AND ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Oral Presentations
15 minutes duration followed by 5 minutes question time
Powerpoint presentations are to be used (Office 2003).
Report to the session room the day before (if possible) your presentation to have it loaded by the staff onto the session room PC and checked.
Report to your assigned session at least 10 minutes before your session commences to ensure everything is in working order and to introduce yourself to the conference session chair.

Poster Presentation
There will be two poster sessions at the coffee break area (1st- Tuesday Morning until Wednesday afternoon, 2nd -Thursday Morning until Friday Afternoon)
Please deliver your poster at the registration desk before the start of the morning session, for being displayed by the organization staff.
Authors are invited to be next to their poster during coffee-breaks.
Your poster is to be maximum size 841mm width and 1189mm height.
The posters should be collected at registration desk by the authors after the end of poster sessions.
